At Ananya we understand Digital Access in India for girls in Engineering is crucial for several reasons. Firstly, it can help to bridge the gender gap in the field of engineering, where women are typically underrepresented. Getting educational Bank loans for a laptop and Wi-Fi has been proving a difficult process. 

By providing access to digital resources such as online courses, programming tools, and educational platforms, girls can gain the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in this field.

Ananyas’ who have been accorded digital access can have overcome geographical barriers and made use of opportunities for girls who might not have access to traditional classroom-based learning. This is particularly important in places, where many girls face social and cultural barriers that limit their access to education.

Ananyas’ with digital access have been helped to catch up and innovate in the rapidly evolving technological landscape, where digital literacy is increasingly important. By giving them access to the latest tools and technologies, girls can develop the skills they need to succeed in the digital economy.

Overall, digital access to girls studying engineering in India is crucial for promoting gender equality in the field, expanding access to education, and preparing girls for the digital economy.

We want to raise funds to give  Digital Access to atleast  2000 girls studying STEM ( Medical & engineering)  every year. 

We want to reach 2000 ANANYA's every year and the cost per ANANYA's Digital Access inclusive of WiFi per year is INR 50,000, then the total cost of reaching 2000 ANANYA's in a year would be:

Total cost = Cost per ANANYA x Number of ANANYA's
Total cost = INR 50,000 x 2000
Total cost = INR 1,00,00,000

When we mean Digital access for engineering girls it includes a New/Refurbished Laptops and a good internet connection also a range of resources and tools, of their choice such as:

  1. Online courses and tutorials: Girls can access digital platforms that offer online courses and tutorials in various engineering fields, providing them with the flexibility to learn at their own pace and from anywhere.
